Why is Cam Newton "Superman" for the Panthers?

Cam Newton will definitely be dabbing if he wins Super Bowl 50 one and a half weeks from now. He is definitely the MVP of the league this season and has helped carry the Panthers to the Super Bowl. He deserves to be called "Superman" this year, as he has done everything for his team. Their top wide receiver has been out the entire season, and their running back and tight end have been injured as well. Newton has made everyone else on his team better. Ted Ginn Jr., their #1 wide receiver at the moment, has been outstanding, mainly because of Cam. Newton is not only a threat in the passing game, but he is an incredible athlete and runner. If he wanted to, he could probably be a running back in the league as well. He has rushed for the most yards by any quarterback this season. Against the Cardinals, he ran for another touchdown, and he literally leaped over the defense into the endzone. Without him at quarterback, there is no way the Panthers would have made it to the Super Bowl. As long as he keeps on keeping on, he can dab as much as he wants, and kids at Panthers home games can continue to get footballs.

Week 14 Power Rankings

Cowboys on a Roll, Panthers Drop Not many people expected the Dallas Cowboys to top the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football during Week 13. The Saints came into the game winning ten straight, while the Cowboys were a "mediocre" team in the midst of a three-game winning streak. The Cowboys won 13-10 and will rise in the week's rankings. In other important games, the Chicago Bears lost a shocker to the New York Giants, Lamar Jackson won his third straight game for the Baltimore Ravens against the Atlanta Falcons, the Houston Texans won their ninth straight game, and the Los Angeles Chargers won a close one against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Carolina Panthers are quickly fading in the wild-card race, and have lost four straight games. Week 7 Power Rankings

Chiefs Suffer First Loss; Ravens Shut Out Titans The New England Patriots were able to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs by three points at home, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers came back to avoid an upset to the 49ers, the Steelers defeated the Bengals, and the Dolphins took down the Bears at the end of overtime. There were some unexpected wins and losses, as well as some close games, in Week 6. The Dallas Cowboys blew out the Jacksonville Jaguars and their top-notch defense, 40-7. It is been hard to figure out which teams are "contenders" and which are "pretenders" this season. It is especially difficult to rank the middle of the pack teams.
