Head Coach Candidates Three teams have already fired their head coaches this season - the Bills (7-8), Jaguars (3-12), and Rams (4-11) - and many more have yet to come, in my estimation. General managers and owners are becoming more and more impatient with "the process" of head coaches, and therefore they get fired after a couple of seasons instead of allowing them to improve the system and create an outstanding team through free agency and the NFL Draft. The Bills fired Rex Ryan because he did not improve a team that was 9-7 when he took over, and it has already been two seasons. He said big things when he got the job, but has not accomplished any of his goals. The Jaguars under Gus Bradley developed good talent, and it seemed as though this year would mark a breakout season for the franchise, but rather they have gone backwards due to bad quarterback play. Because of this, Bradley was fired. Lastly, the most satisfying firing this season had to be when the Rams relieved...
