Eagles Will Beat Patriots

Many people may think that I am pretty crazy to be picking the Philadelphia Eagles over two G.O.A.T.'s (Brady and Belichick) and the New England Patriots. To be completely honest, I am doubting this pick myself. The Patriots will be in their eight Super Bowl in the Brady-Belichick era, and they have five out of seven so far. The only that they have ever lost to is the New York Giants (twice). I believe that the Eagles have enough firepower to defeat the Pats on both sides of the ball. Even without Carson Wentz, the Eagles offense has played relatively well, and Nick Foles' strengths as a quarterback were showcased in the NFC Conference Championship Round against one of the top two defenses in the league. The Eagles have a good running back duo with Jay Ajayi and LeGarrette Blount, and an OUTSTANDING offensive line. Their lines may be the deciding factors in this game. Their defensive line is deep, and they are able to rush the passer with only four players, meaning that they have the ability to drop more players into coverage. I think that they will be able to double Rob Gronkowski, and create a game plan to make the game tough for Tom Brady.

Week 14 Power Rankings

Cowboys on a Roll, Panthers Drop Not many people expected the Dallas Cowboys to top the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football during Week 13. The Saints came into the game winning ten straight, while the Cowboys were a "mediocre" team in the midst of a three-game winning streak. The Cowboys won 13-10 and will rise in the week's rankings. In other important games, the Chicago Bears lost a shocker to the New York Giants, Lamar Jackson won his third straight game for the Baltimore Ravens against the Atlanta Falcons, the Houston Texans won their ninth straight game, and the Los Angeles Chargers won a close one against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Week 7 Power Rankings

Chiefs Suffer First Loss; Ravens Shut Out Titans The New England Patriots were able to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs by three points at home, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers came back to avoid an upset to the 49ers, the Steelers defeated the Bengals, and the Dolphins took down the Bears at the end of overtime. There were some unexpected wins and losses, as well as some close games, in Week 6. The Dallas Cowboys blew out the Jacksonville Jaguars and their top-notch defense, 40-7.
